SECTION .0500 ‑ SURFACE WATER MONITORING: REPORTING

15A NCAC 02B .0501      PURPOSE

The purpose of this Section is to set forth requirements for monitoring and reporting the quantity and quality of wastewater discharges to, and their effects upon, the water resources of the state.
